Welcome to Springwell
Springwell is a designated day special school for pupils with complex learning difficulties aged from 4 - 11 years. Many pupils have associated disabilities including speech and language disorders, autism and challenging behaviour.
We pride ourselves on the high quality education we provide and the high expectations we have for each individual pupil.
Our school is a brand new building with amazing classrooms and facilities. Each of the eight classes have a discrete outdoor teaching area leading onto a bright open courtyard. We also have a range of specialist teaching areas including an art room, food technology room and ICT suite as well as a modern hydrotherapy pool, soft play room and large multi-sensory interactive room.
Our move to Thornhill is very exciting due to both the wonderful facilities in the new school and the opportunities we have to work with our partner schools.
